We used images that we drew on paper and cut up in little pieces." I don't see how making Manga illegal does anything to protect children, unless Manga is made in states where 10-year-olds are forced to draw the not-artistically-valued-images for 12 hours per day while also banging on copper kettles, to make their pee-pots.
